Headed to The Handburger @ Raffles City on a weekday, just after work. The outlet was pretty packed so we waited approximately 10 minutes for a table.

The burger descriptions all sounded really good. Spoilt for choices, we decided that we’ll both have the Duck Leg Confit Burger.

Tender and juicy slices of the duck leg confit on a nest of greens (thinly sliced leek and coral lettuce), with segments of the mandarin orange to top it off. Sweet. All of which sat between the insides of a toasted caramelized onion bun. Gorgeous combination. The citrus sweetness of the orange segments complimented the duck meat really well.

The people at The Handburger pride themselves to dedicating only the freshest ingredients and homemade sauces for their gourmet burgers. Burgers were served with a choice of either Straight-cut Fries or Chilled Stuffed Tomato for the sides.

Cost of the meal was on the pricey side, an average of $15 for a burger. Thumbs up for the wholesome goodness but be prepared to pay $20 per pax for a meal.
